Open Horse Show on May 17 in Ashe County, N.C.

The N.C. Cooperative Extension Ashe County Center is hosting an open horse show Saturday, May 17 in West Jefferson.

It will feature 30 youth and adult classes, and will be held at the Ag Expo Property on N.C. 163 near the intersection of U.S. 221 Bypass.
Registration is at 10 a.m. and the show starts at 11 a.m.

Saturday CATS Sold Out

The dance musical CATS for tonight (Saturday May 10 at 6:00pm) is sold out. There are tickets still available for the Sunday May 11 performance at 3:00pm which will be sold at the door. $10 adult, $5 children 13 and under. The public is encouraged to bring pet food and supplies to any CATS performance with distribution going to local animal rescue groups.
