There are already over 70 ladies from our area, that are attending this year's Women of Faith in Charlotte, NC on Oct. 26 - 27. Several years ago, I think it's eight, a group from the Twin County and Sparta started attending the Women of Faith Conference. The speakers are outstanding, the dramatist is terrific and the singers are some of the best. The speakers that have been with the group every year we have gone, are Patsy Clairmont, Marilyn Meberg, Luci Swindoll and Shelia Walsh. Other speakers are Anita Renfroe, Sandy Patty and Carol Kent. The dramatist is Nicole Johnson and the special guest artist is Nicole C. Mullen. This year's theme is Amazing Freedom.

Most of our group travels to Concord Mills for shopping and fellowship during the day on Friday, October 26, then check into the hotel. The conference actually is Friday night from 7 - 10 and Saturday from 9 - 5. The conference is held in the Charlotte Bobcats Arena.
