Moving Arts Center is a new studio located at 99 Coulson Church Rd in Woodlawn, VA,  next to Harmon's and below Willard Gayheart's Front Porch Gallery.  It is behind the Heritage Shoppe. (Conveniently located between Hillsville and Galax right off Rt 58)

It features dance classes for all ages, girls and boys, ladies and gentlemen.  Weekly classes include:

Salsa,  Middle Eastern Belly Dance for Kids, Beginners and Intermediates (separate classes),  World Dance Exercise, (sampler of dances from around the world for a mild aerobic workout) Popular Dance,  Creative Dance for Girls,  Creative Dance for Boys (separate classes and different dance techniques), Cheerleading for Moms and Grannies (taught by Angie Thompson), Mother and Toddler Classes, Dance Exercise,  and more.  Some classes are in late afternoon or at night and some classes are offered during the day.

Don't miss the workshops on Sat. Feb 16:  Yoga with Tran Shipman 10am-12pm ($15 in advance),  Dance  Exercise for Fun for anyone who has been treated for Cancer (FREE) 1pm-2-pm  and a Mother - Daughter Class (daughter 8 and up) 2pm-3pm as a way to spend time together gaining fitness and enjoying time together. $15 for both persons. Pre-registration recommended.
