1. Invoices are sent by email or are available online.
2. Price is per channel. Simultaneous use constitutes multiple channels.
3. There is no connection or registration fee. However, there will be a $10 reconnect fee if there is an interruption in service.
4. Internet Service fees are monthly and are paid in advance. Payment is due before or by due date. There is no grace period.
5. We accept cash, check, money order, all major credit cards via Paypal, bank and check drafts, and check by phone.
6. There is a $20 fee for checks returned for Non Sufficient Funds.
7. Public service organizations receive 100 hours per month free of charge.
8. We do not offer refunds on prepaid service.
