Most of our accounting system dates from 2001. History is a good thing and we need to preserve enough history to explain the interactions between LSNet and its customers.

A major update occurred in 2006 when we switched from invoice statement to a subscription base. Simple in concept that works for single service accounts like dial up but complex for accounts that have multiple services such as multiple websites or a website and an Internet access account.

The next version will involve a move to folding accounting under Drupal and merging those "user" accounts.
